South African delivery
Delivery options and prices are quoted using your address at checkout. The selected charge is shown before PayFast payment.
Delivery is expected within 3–5 days after verified payment. Any preorder shows its own dispatch lead time.
Stock & preorders
Availability is shown for each size. A bag does not hold stock. When payment begins, the selected pairs are reserved for 15 minutes. Any preorder is labelled separately with its dispatch lead time.
Following your order
After verified payment, we send a confirmation email. Once dispatched, your order page shows its tracking reference.
Contact VAYA if your parcel has not arrived within the stated period.
