These terms describe shopping at vaya4it.co.za, operated by Vaya4it (Pty) Ltd, trading as VAYA, at 43 Bosworth Street, Alrode. VAYA sells sneakers to customers in South Africa. Please review your shoe, size, delivery details and full total before paying.
Products, prices and availability
Product pages describe the shoes and available sizes. Prices are shown in South African rand and include VAT. Delivery within South Africa is included in the displayed shoe price at launch, so the delivery line is R0. We confirm the selling price before taking orders. A shoe in your bag is not reserved; stock is checked again when checkout begins. If a shoe is offered as a preorder, its dispatch lead time is shown separately.
Orders and payment
At checkout you can review your order and correct your details before continuing to PayFast's hosted payment page. Checkout reserves the selected pairs for 15 minutes. An order is paid only when PayFast sends a verified payment notification to VAYA. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm payment. If a payment arrives after its reservation expires, we hold the order for staff review instead of promising unavailable stock. Contact us before trying to pay again.
Delivery and order updates
We deliver within South Africa. Delivery is expected within 3–5 days after verified payment. We send an order confirmation after verified payment and a dispatch message when the shoes leave us. The private order link in the email shows payment and delivery progress. Courier tracking appears when available. Any preorder has its own stated dispatch lead time.
Returns, cancellations and problems
Our returns and exchanges policy explains VAYA's voluntary seven-day-after-purchase offer, the applicable online cooling-off right after receipt, and how to raise a damaged, incorrect or defective item.
